The Application is designed to be used by adult parents, expecting parents, and caregivers (18 years of age or older). It is not intended for direct use by children, and the Service Provider does not knowingly allow children under 16 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law, to register an account or directly interact with the Application.
Data about your child, entered by you: As a core feature of the Application, a parent or legal guardian may voluntarily enter information about their child — such as the child's name, date of birth, growth measurements, or vaccination records — for the purpose of using tracking tools within the Application. This is data provided by an adult account holder on behalf of their child, not data collected directly from a child. By entering such information, you represent that you are the child's parent or legal guardian and consent to this processing on the child's behalf. You may access, correct, or delete this information at any time within the Application, or by contacting the Service Provider at hello@kidora.net.
Direct use by children: Where parental or guardian consent is required under applicable law for a child to use the Application directly, the Application is not intended for such use without that consent. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information directly from children under 16 years of age in violation of applicable law. In the event the Service Provider discovers that a child has created an account or directly provided personal information without appropriate parental consent, the Service Provider will take steps to promptly delete this from its servers.
